PRIVACY & TRANSPARENCY
Respect begins
with discretion.
How we use business contact information submitted through our partner enquiry forms, and what you should know before getting in touch.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
The controller is SC ISROM GLOBAL SERVICES SRL, Trade Register No. J2015003690235, fiscal identification code (CUI) 35129696. Peisakh Global Partners is the commercial identity used for this B2B advisory initiative and is not presented as a separate legal entity.
For questions or requests about your personal data, email [email protected], use our dedicated privacy request form.
2. What information do we collect?
When you contact us, we may receive your name, professional contact details, agency or employer name, jurisdiction, company website, licence or business information supplied by you, recruitment sectors, target markets, project needs, and the substance of your message. In a privacy request we collect only the contact and request details you provide. The hosting service may process technical information such as IP addresses and connection records required to deliver and secure the website.
Do not submit passports, national IDs, health information, sensitive personal data, worker files, or unsolicited CVs through our public forms. They are intended for initial B2B contact only.
3. Why do we use this information, and on what legal basis?
We process professional enquiries to respond to them, assess prospective partners against our commercial, professional and ethical selection criteria, and determine whether further discussions are appropriate. The principal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and assessing potential business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), subject to a balancing of interests and individuals’ rights. If you personally request steps towards a contract to which you would be a party, Article 6(1)(b) may also be applicable. Any subsequent contract-related processing or legally required records will follow the relevant contractual or legal basis.
We do not use submitted enquiry information to send unsolicited newsletters. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means with legal or similarly significant effects. Submission of an enquiry does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance.
4. Who receives information?
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Online form entries are transmitted using FormSubmit (a third-party form delivery service) to our designated Google Gmail mailbox; authorised staff of SC ISROM GLOBAL SERVICES SRL may access messages for handling the enquiry. Providers may process technical and contact information according to their applicable service terms and privacy practices. We do not disclose submitted personal information to prospective recruitment partners as part of the initial enquiry without identifying an appropriate lawful basis and informing the relevant individuals where required.
FormSubmit explains that it may retain submissions for up to 30 days within its submission service. This does not describe the separate period for which received emails may remain in our mailbox. For details, see FormSubmit’s help information and the providers’ applicable privacy policies.
5. How long do we keep enquiries?
We aim to keep personal information no longer than is reasonably necessary to assess and respond to a B2B enquiry and any ensuing correspondence. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship should be periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer relevant; records connected with an actual engagement, a legal duty, or a dispute may need to be retained longer. The precise period depends on the status of the enquiry, the need for follow-up and applicable legal retention rules. We do not operate a public candidate database through this website.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
The website's infrastructure and third-party form/email services may involve access to or processing of information outside the European Economic Area. Applicable transfer locations, adequacy decisions, and contractual safeguards depend on the relevant provider arrangements. These should be verified against the current provider documentation and agreements before wider commercial launch. You may contact us to request information about applicable safeguards.
7. Your GDPR rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, or your competent data protection authority. We will respond to valid requests without undue delay and ordinarily within one month, subject to the GDPR.
To exercise your rights, email [email protected], submit a privacy request. We may need reasonable information to verify the requester's identity, but please do not attach ID documents through the website forms.
8. Cookies and security
The website is primarily a static informational site. Cloudflare and FormSubmit may use technical security or anti-spam measures; FormSubmit can display verification steps such as CAPTCHA when a visitor submits an enquiry. The availability and nature of third-party cookies should be checked in the live production environment before deploying any additional analytics or advertising tools. We do not currently advertise a newsletter or user account service through these forms.
9. Updates and legal information
We may update this notice as our services or processors change. For full company identification, please see Legal Information.
Updated 14 October 2026. This notice covers initial website enquiries and does not replace any separate privacy notice required for recruitment processes, candidate records or contractual services. Vendor agreements, retention practice and international-transfer arrangements require an operational compliance review.
